First Aid Training to achieve nationally recognised workplace qualifications, such as the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid meeting OFSTED/EYFS guidance to name a few. All courses cover the safe and effective use of AED, Individual and Group Bookings welcomed.

Rachel is also a RLSS Lifeguard Trainer and a Swimming Teacher for over 20 years, working with Schools, Families and Girl-guiding. Children can have fun and learn First Aid & Lifesaving skills too!
